Regulation System

Formation of the board of controllers:

• In order to give longevity to the organization, a board member will be formed. All together 11 members viz. Chairman, vice-chairman, secretary, vice- secretary, treasurer and other six members will be in the board of controllers.
  
  
• Only the joint signature of the organization founder, chairman and treasurer will be valued in the banking transaction.
  
  
• The members might be foreigners and Nepalese but they must possess responsible status in the society. And, their feelings imbued with social welfare is a must.
  
  
• Besides emergency meetings, the board of members must hold a meeting once in a month in order to evaluate the progress and problems of the organization.
  
  
• The entire 11 members must attend the meeting. He should surpass the pre- information of his absence. But, regular thrice absence will dismiss him automatically from his membership.
  
  
• A fair election should be held among all the members of the organization while dismissing and substitution of any members will be according to the 2/3support of the entire members conducting election.

Rules & Regulations

Entire members of this organization must follow the rules and regulations given below:

• One must serve the organization with head and heart for an attempt to make an ideal organic farming.
  
  
• One must not use the organization’s property for the private use without permission of the authority.
  
  
• One must not (betray) act against the organization. May give resignation if not satisfy.
  
  
• On the basis of written evidence, any members breaching rules and regulation will be punished. And, substitution of any members will be accordingly to the 2/3 support of the entire members conducting an election.
  
• Regarding the amendment of rules and regulation, the proposal must be kept in the board meeting. And, the agenda will be valued by the 2/3 support of the board of members, general members and organization staffs.
